>Dear Colleagues:

>On 25 July 2004, in Bulgaria , the Greek parachutist, Mr.
>Georgios Tselikas of Thesaloniki, had a fatal accident.

>(1) The deceased was holder of a bogus "B" license, issued on 26 May

>it reads that "We, the undersigned, recognized by the FAI as the

Subject: RE: Killed jumper was holder of bogus FAI license
Dear Mr. Kaltchev,
I would like to clarify that neither the deceased nor the instructor and the other Greek skydivers who were jumping in that Bulgarian aeroclub are members of Thessaloniki Aeroclub.
Also no one of them have Greek valid skydiving license, their instructor including.
We in Thessaloniki Aeroclub are joining the US Parachute Association, our staff has both USPA and Greek instructional ratings and we have the authority of issuing both USPA and Greek skydiving licenses to our students.
We demand among other things from our visiting skydivers to posses at least the basic skydiving license, issued by a recognized from FAI authority.
Best Regards
