Όσοι έχετε πάρει μέρος σε αγώνες εξωτερικού το γνωρίζετε πολύ καλά ότι δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να συμμετέχεις αν δεν διαθέτεις ασφάλεια (ειδικά αστικής ευθύνης προς τρίτους)
Αλλά πέραν του τυπικού είναι πολύ σημαντικό να υπάρχει μηχανισμός έτοιμος να αντιμετωπίσει μια κακή στιγμή, ειδικά μακριά απ την πατρίδα και τους δικούς μας ανθρώπους.

Μια πολύ καλή ασφάλεια για την περίπτωση μας και την οποία αποφάσισα να αποκτήσω, όχι μόνο για το εξωτερικό αλλά και για εντός Ελλάδος είναι η παρακάτω και για ότι χρειαστείτε επικοινωνήστε με τον Ed:

Cover includes:

1. Civil Liability (Astiki Efthini) : Eur 750,000 for bodily injuries
and Eur 75,000 for material damages.

2. Emergency 24-hour Assistance and rescue up to Eur 40,000

3. Repatriation to Greece following accident

4. Accident medical expenses up to Eur 5,000

5. Legal Protection up to Eur 5,000

And other minor benefits.
Please note the important exclusion regarding professional racing. The other
exclusions are normal and cover specifically includes flying sports
including amateur racing.

Although the price with airsports is mentioned at Eur80, there might be
another Eur10 to include the repatriation to Greece.

Correction to the price:

It costs 100 Euros per annum which includes an extra amount for non-French residents to include repatriation cover.

The cover is worldwide except that repatriation cover is only from anywhere in Europe.

Sorry, but it's cheap.

Aerial sport cover: 88€ (Taxes included)

Aerial sport cover with European repatriation: 176€ (Taxes included)

Of course you don't HAVE to buy the repatriation section, so it can still be just 88€

Just to clarify the scope of the cover, it includes any non-professional participation in mountain sports, including competitions and including paramotoring, world-wide.

Competition sponsorship in materials or even cash does not mean that it is professional unless the sponsorship is what you are principally living from.

ΜΕΤΑΦΡΑΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΟΣΩΝ ΕΓΡΑΨΕ Ο ED

Η τιμή της ασφάλειας για τα αεραθλήματα για ένα χρόνο ανέβηκε στα 88 Ευρώ

Για κάλυψη αεραθλημάτων που περιλαμβάνει και έξοδα μεταφοράς στην χώρα καταγωγής εντός Ευρώπης το κόστος είναι 176 Ευρώ

Βέβαια μπορείτε να πάρετε μόνο την ασφάλεια οπότε το κόστος είναι μόνο 88 Ευρώ

Επεξηγηματικά η ασφάλεια καλύπτει όσους δεν ασχολούνται επαγγελματικά σε όλα τα αθλήματα βουνού, συμπεριλαμβανονται και οι αγώνες των αθλημάτων καθώς και το παραμοτέρ παγκοσμίως.

Η χορηγία των υλικών για την συμμετοχή (π.χ πτέρυγα ακόμη και η χρηματική αμοιβή) δεν θεωρείται επαγγελματική απασχόληση εκτός αν το κύριο εισόδημα προέρχεται από χορηγίες.

Δεν ξέρω αν εγώ έπρεπε να το μεταφράσω αν υπάρχουν κάποιες αλλαγές μπορείτε να τις κάνετε.

Is it valid for Speedflying?

The cover has no exclusions that might mean that speedflying is not covered, as far as I can see.

Obviously extreme recklessness could be used to exclude a claim arising from someone who is actually doing something wildly abnormal but the insurance would have to argue about it.

The policy is designed primarily to include ALL mountain sports that the French are involved in in the Alps, and that includes a lot of wild things.

Let me know about speedflying. I want to try it this winter. I'm a good skier.

By the way, GREAT video, I hadn't looked at it before. My mouth is watering!
