Please read it & tell me if it's ok. I haven't receiced my helmet yet
although I payed on 17/12/07. This guy told me thet ebay has closed his
account because he made a claim from paypal to send him his money &
they
don't send it. He refunded the money to my account through paypal &
tells me
to send him the money through bank account now. It's a weard story
don't u
think?

I have a big problem with PayPal. They keep more than 1700.00 euro from
my
money. I am calling them now
for more than two weeks and always they tell me they will give it free
the
next day but nothing happend.
The only way to get even a part of my money is that i send you back
your
payment by PayPal and if you have it,
you wire it to my account with normal wire transfer. So please let me
know
if you will wire me the payment after you
get it back from me by PayPal, with normal bank transfer. Ok , it is my
risk
if you dont do it but better i do that in trust to you in state
of loosing my money to PayPal.

I was so stupid that i never inform myself about PayPal before and i
cant
even belive it that they can do it without
that somebody can do against that. Following some links about that way
of
PayPal to catch money .
Yesterday i told them that i am not going to wait longer for my money
and
the result was, that Ebay close my account in the
evening. I can just tell everybody never use PayPal and if you read the
following storys, you will see that they do the same game with
thousands of people.

See following message that was circulated on the internet:

Dear Martin,

I have tried to persistently contact you regarding the AXB Sports order for the paramotor helmets and despite the money being successfully transferred to your account I have not received the helmets. I have now resorted to informing the police and some of my German contacts in an attempt to get the helmets delivered, or receive a refund. If there has been some reason why you have not been able to supply the helmets or a refund please contact me.

If you do not reply to this email or phone me directly I will have to resort to more further measures in an attempt to ensure I resolve this situation. I know that my business associate Carl Wilson (Custom Air) did have problems when he ordered helmets from you and you eventually they were delivered. He has offered to help me and I will talk to him again if I don't receive a reply from you.
